At Pluginable we are committed to delivering high quality products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you encounter an issue that cannot be resolved or if the product does not fit your requirements you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Refund Conditions

  1. Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  2. You must have installed and tested the product and found that it does not work for your setup or does not meet your needs.
  3. You must contact our support team and try to resolve the issue before requesting a refund.
  4. If your refund is approved you must stop using the product and deactivate or uninstall it from your site.
  5. All license rights are cancelled immediately once the refund is issued.
  6. Pluginable reserves the right to decline any refund request that does not meet these criteria.

When Refunds Are Not Provided

  • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
  • The product was purchased during a special sale or promotional offer.
  • The issue is caused by third party plugins themes hosting server settings or any factor outside our product.
  • You changed your mind or made a mistaken purchase.
  • The product is working as described on the Pluginable website.
  • You do not have the technical skills needed to use or configure the product.
  • You request a refund without a valid technical or functional reason.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a support request with complete details about the issue you are facing.
  2. Provide any screenshots or information that may help us understand and diagnose the problem.
  3. After reviewing your request our team will process the refund if it qualifies.

Non Refundable Fees

Payment processing fees charged by payment gateways banks or card providers are not refundable.

Warranty

All Pluginable products are provided as is. We do not guarantee specific results for every configuration. Pluginable is not responsible for any damage or data loss that may occur while using our products.

Support Policy

Pluginable provides support only while your license is active. Support is not available for expired licenses or free versions of our products.

PayPal Refunds

If your purchase was made through PayPal please note that PayPal does not return processing fees when a refund is issued.
